She believes the support of a counselor can help clients access untapped potential and develop new skills to overcome obstacles. Regardless of the presenting concern, she believes clients are most likely to benefit long-term from counseling that involves their immediate family system.

Anna employs several counseling techniques based on individual needs. Most commonly, she works from a Family Systems perspective and utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.
